About
I devote myself to the places where numbers and stories, analysis and relationships, complexity and care come together.
I come from a background that integrates Sociology, Criminology and Social Research.
This interdisciplinary path has given me the tools to read fragilities, understand relational dynamics and interpret what happens at the margins of social contexts.
In the social field I have supported mothers and children on paths toward autonomy, designed personalized interventions, coordinated volunteers and collaborated with local services and courts.
In every relationship I bring listening, observation and the ability to read what happens "between the lines".
From social and market research I have learned to interpret behaviors, build complex datasets and transform data into useful insights.
I move with a systemic outlook and a participatory approach to trace what is not immediate and to build paths that speak to people and to their real contexts.
I believe in social research as a tool for understanding and in relationship as a space for change.
The phrase I carry with me, "Ask yourself what you would do if you were not afraid", guides my way of working and of being in places.
Today I am looking for community and participatory realities in which to make available analytical, educational and relational skills to generate social impact, activate cultural processes and build interventions that enhance the resources of people and territories.
